We the undersigned oppose the construction of the New York Regional Interconnection power transmission line. The Upper Delaware Valley is not an appropriate location for any type of high voltage power transmission line. Our wild and scenic resources must be protected. In addition, we oppose the designation of any portion of the Upper Delaware River Valley as a National Interest Electric Corridor by the United States Department of Energy. Our public park and recreational lands must be preserved.
